Am I wrong thinking that PDS 8.6

may be assembled only under a modern z/OS
with HLASM, even for the version which run
under MVS3.8j?

What the best source for MVS3.8j updated
PDS 8.6 modules? From TK4- SYS2.CMDLIB?
