[H390-MVS] SYSGEN for 3380?

Howdy,

As a little personal project I am trying to sysgen MVS3.8J to a 3380 DASD.

The sysgen guide for 3.8J says this is supposed to be possible.

I am using Jay Moseley's system which starts with MVS 3.7 ... as part of
his sysgen process he applies the 3380 mods from Jim Morrison to the
distribution libraries and then generates to 3350 DASD.

Has anyone tried to generate to 3380's? I tried but a got a "3380 untested"
with the Jim Morrison mods, a failure which caused stage 1 to not complete.

Any pointers are greatly appreciated.

This is in my personal "todo list" too.

Any comment about a Moseley sysgen to a 3380 or,
possibly, 3390-1, DASD would be greatly appreaciated!
