[H390-MVS] Some MVS macros

I am looking at porting ALGOL F to MUSIC and I hit a
small snag with what appear to be two MVS macros,
IEZREGS and IEZBITS. I can create the IEZREGS as it
seems to be self-explanatory. IEZBITS is a little harder to
deduce.

If IEZBITS isn't too large, would someone please include
a copy with a post?
